A spawn cluster of embryonic spheres in galactic reds tinged with blue by Konno Yusuke enclosed in the original signed wooden box titled Yosei (Larva). The colony of globular orbs masses together, not dead, not alive—just potential thickening; seeds of something quietly multiplying, as if the universe itself began to brood… Each hollow sphere is created uniquely, joined together with a tiny shared pinhole, allowing the superheated oxygen to exchange inside the kiln without bursting.  All is bound together with the mottled glaze in russet and  red, tinged with blue.  It is 17.5 x 19 x 20 cm (7 x 7-1/2 x 8 inches) and is in excellent condition, directly from the artist.

According to the artist: In nature accumulation and collapse—again and again. In that repetition, momentary forms emerge. Within these transient structures, I search for the threshold between my own intervention and the quiet autonomy of the form itself. I move gently, seeking the point where my touch may enter, and the moment when it must yield to their own quiet becoming.

Konno Yusuke was born in 1996 in Mie prefecture, and graduated Chuo University Department of Policy Science in 2020.The following year he began an apprenticeship with Sugimura Hōshū V, master of Dai-yaki. He then entered the Tajimi City Pottery Design and Technical Center, graduating in 2025.
