A miniature portable tea set enclosed in a special wooden box with compartments for the various pieces. Sliding open the top we find the black Raku Chawan upside down over a central column containing the whisk. Sliding drawers on the sides of the box reveal other compartments. The Chawan is 6.5 cm (2-1/2 inches) diameter. The entire boxed set is 8 x 8 x 11.5 cm (3-1/4 x 3-1/4 x 4-1/2 inches) and is in excellent condition. The folding chashaku tea spoon of bamboo is fine, however the whisk is dilapidated with time and use.
