Dark black glaze covers the majority of this gorgeous guinoimi sake cup by Osumi Arata enclosed in the original signed wooden box titled Hikidashi Guro Hai It is 6.5 x 7 x 5 cm (roughly 2-1/2 inches diameter, 2 inches tall) and is in excellent condition, directly from the artist.
Osumi Arata was born in Tokyo in 1988, and graduated from Tajimi City Pottery Design and Technical Center in 2014 after which he worked at a ceramic factory in Toki City for 5 years before establishing his own studio in Yaotsu-cho, Gifu Prefecture.
