A hand-woven basket of bamboo and reeds over gold foil signed on the base with the incised mark of the craftsman. The interior is lined with silk brocade. We have replaced the tie strings. It is 20.5 x 17.5 x 17 cm (8 x 7 x 6-3/4 inches) and comes in a period wooden box titled Chakago.
