A stunning Bottle deeply incised with chrysanthemum petals about the rim, over three incised rings at the shoulder, with circles of flower impressions in the side covered in a an unusual combination of crackled cream, iron and green copper glaze. It comes in a fine red-lacquered wooden storage box titled Maru Kikumon Inka Heishi (Heiji). 19th century, it is 19.5 cm (8 inches) diameter, 27 cm (11 inches) tall and in excellent condition.
