A set of 4 exquisite lacquered wooden boxes with trays decorated with Tsuba (sword guards) in gold on a jet black mirror surface dating from the early 20th century enclosed in a four tier black lacquered wooden box.
Inside is silver Nashiji with scattered cherry blossoms. The trays feature solid silver rims and are signed Ryoshin. Each box is 13.5 x 10.5 x 5.7 cm (5-1/4 x 4 x 2 inches) and each tray is 17.6 x 14.6 x 1.7 cm and all are in overall fine condition.
