A huge burst Tsubo covered in flying ash by rising star Shinohara Nozomu enclosed in the original signed wooden box titled Ware-Tsubo. It is 47 x 32 x 51cm (19 x 13 x 20 inches) and is in perfect condition, directly from the artist.

Shinohara Nozomu (b. 1972) was born in Osaka and began studying ceramics under the noted Shigaraki potter Furutani Nobuo in 1991. After establishing his own kiln in Kise, Shigaraki, in 1999, he quickly gained recognition through a series of solo and group exhibitions, including Feast of Karatsu, Hagi and Shigaraki at Kobe Hankyu Art Gallery (2000), Gallery Tosei in Kyoto (2002), the Shigaraki Ware New Generation exhibition at Takatsuki Matsuzakaya Art Gallery (2005), solo exhibitions at Ikebukuro Tobu in Tokyo (2007) and Contemporary Ceramic Art Salon Tosei at Daimaru Shinsaibashi in Osaka (2008). In 2019, he was invited to conduct a workshop at Utah State University, reflecting the growing international appreciation of his work.
