A superb woven ratan tray with black lacquered base enclosed in the original wooden box titled Kobon and signed Onkosai. It is 31.5 x 31.5 x 4 cm (12-1/2 x 12-1/2 x 1-1/2 inches) and is in excellent condition, dating from the early to mid 20th century.
